By using FindBingo, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use FindBingo. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

FindBingo facilitates bookings between users and bingo halls. Booking and cancellation policies are determined by the individual hall organizers.

5. Service Fees

FindBingo charges a 5% service fee on all bookings made through the platform. This fee covers the convenience of seat selection and platform operation.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal activity, including unauthorized secondary sale of bookings.

7. Limitation of Liability

FindBingo is not responsible for event cancellations, venue conditions, or the conduct of other players at the venue.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
